NINE - TWELVE MONTHS

- Shop for Reception Entertainment
SIX - NINE MONTHS
- Book a Caterer
- Book your Photographer
- Shop for your Wedding Gown
- Plan Ceremony music
- Book Entertainment for Reception
- Shop for your Honeymoon
FOUR - SIX MONTHS
- Finalize location arrangements
- Order invitations and party favors
- Make sure all deposits are made and contracts signed
- Shop for Groom's and Groomsmen Tuxedos
- Shop for Bridal Trousseau
- Organize accommodations for out of town guests
- Select a florist
TWO - FOUR MONTHS
- Set appointments for Bridal/Attendant fittings
- Review floral arrangements and finalize order
- Address invitations. Send out 6-8 weeks
- Buy attendants gifts
- Select a baker
- Order Wedding cake and Groom's Cake
- Buy wedding rings
- Buy Accessories (Cake Knife, Toasting Glasses, Guest Book, Etc)
- Make plans for reservations for Wedding Rehearsal and Dinner
ONE - TWO MONTHS
- Arrange final Bridal/Attendants fittings
- Confirm Honeymoon reservations
- Confirm arrangements with all parties involved with Wedding Ceremony and Reception
- Host Bridesmaids Luncheon
- Obtain Marriage License
TWO WEEKS
- Pick up all Gowns and Accessories
- Complete bridal Trousseau
- Confirm final head count with Caterer
- Make final arrangements with Beauticians
- Photographer has a list of photos you want
- Music specified
- Reception entertainment finalized
ONE WEEK
- Confirm seating arrangements and final count
- Have rehearsal dinner
- Pack for honeymoon
- Relax and get plenty of rest.
